Compensation & Benefits

* varies depending on demonstration of skills, level of knowledge of the industry, tenure, and relevant work experience.

  • Starting at $19 per hour, earn up to $35+ per hour
  • 4-day work week

What We Are Looking For

  • A fast learning and motivated individual
  • Leads with safety when performing tasks
  • Comfortable taking direction from another installer but able to work independently
  • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task with ease
  • Ability to foresee and creatively troubleshoot problems
  • Comfortable working on a ladder-A-frame and extension
  • Must have their own transportation and a clean driving record
  • Flexibility to travel for work when needed
  • No chemical dependencies
  • A clean driving record and background check is required for all positions
